Hollywood Glamour

In conjunction with my capstone project, Glamourwood, I hosted a studio photoshoot that blended old-school Marilyn Monroe-inspired Hollywood glamour with modern-day flair.

I was the stylist and creative director for this project.

Pink and Pearls

Inspired by both the designs of student fashion designer Olivia Rushings and the Rococo era of fashion, I wanted to style a photoshoot that was girly, fun, and flirty.

I was the Stylist and the Creative Director on this project.

Fashion Designer Allison Folger came to me for advice on how to style many of her designs in her portfolio. Together, we realized that she loved to use purple and used that as a base to create a fun and funky and preppy Purple Shoot for her work.

I was the stylist and a model on this shoot.

Carhartt Mock-Advertising

Carhartt’s clothes have taken on a new life in recent years, and the company is starting to find ways to capitalize on that. This new marketing campaign shows the new life these clothes can have. Instead of Carhartt's typical target market, this campaign is directed at teenagers, who have been slowly incorporating Carhartt beanies and overalls into their everyday style.

"Hope is the Thing with feathers"

Drawing inspiration from Emily Dickinson's poignant description of hope as "the thing with feathers that perches in the soul," I developed a collection and produced a complete look. The conceptual framework for both the collection and its accompanying photoshoot revolves around the interplay of hope, freedom, and reflection.
